Tesla Light Show Belgium Aims for World Record on the Runway 

Sint-Truiden, 14 January 2025 – The Tesla Owners Clubs Belgium and Netherlands, in partnership with the Belgian-based Electrify Europe and the kind support of Tesla, Inc., proudly announce the organisation of the Tesla Light Show 2025. This one-of-a-kind spectacular event will bring together thousands of Tesla enthusiasts from all over Europe. 

World record attempt is set to occur on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Droneport - Brustem Airport in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. Free Event, open to all Tesla Owners. 

World Record in the Making 

The organizers of the Tesla Light Show aim to make history this year by hosting the world's largest simultaneous light and drone show. With hundreds of Teslas, perfectly orchestrated light synchronisation by the renowned Simon Pollock of XLightshows, and an impressive drone display by Dutch Drone Shows, the event promises to be a true spectacle for participants and spectators.

A Unique Collaboration in a close-knit Community 

The Mega Light Show is an iconic event within the international Tesla community, offering a blend of innovation, entertainment, and an impressive light spectacle. This edition is organised by the Tesla Owners Club Belgium and Netherlands, with support from partners such as Electrify Europe and Droneport. The event is well on the way to achieving the target of 1000+ Teslas, with early registrations now surpassing 400 cars. This event underscores shared core values: innovation, sustainability, and positive attention towards electric mobility. 

Current Tesla Light Show World Record holder is Tesla Owners Club Finland, with 905 Tesla’s.

● Time: Gates open at 15:00, show starts after 18:00 (arrival before 17:00 strongly recommended).
