Thanks to our partners Electrify.eu, Droneport, and Tesla, on behalf of Tesla Owner Club Belgium and Netherlands, we are delighted to invite you to an extraordinary event that’s all about fun, nurturing community spirit, supporting a sustainable future, and making history.

Book the date ! With your participation on Sunday, 23 February 2025, we will break the World Record for the largest number of Teslas participating in a synchronized Light Show. Renowned light show artist Simon Pollock of xLightshows.io will make a one-of-a-kind light show for this event. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will be fully integrated into a live drone show. We make sure you will be entertained throughout the day.

Anyone may join. Tesla Models 3 and Y can always participate in the custom light show, and Models S and X should be from 2022 onwards.

"Older" Model? You are also very welcome! We’ll ensure you will be part of this magnificent record, too.

Date: Sunday, February 23rd, 2025  

Time: gates open at 12:00 - show start 18:00. (Best to arrive before 16:00)

Location: Droneport Airport Runway, Sint-Truiden, Belgium

Program

15H00 – Gate opens
The gate to the runway opens at 15h00, so we can start aligning all cars in time. Best is to arrive before 16h00. Don’t forget to register your car.

15H00 – Drivers village opens
In the time between your arrival and the light show, you can enjoy some food, drinks and entertainment in the drivers village.

17H00 – VIP reception
You can buy a VIP ticket to enjoy a gourmet experience by Cuisine DronePort and witness the light show from our rooftop, providing the best possible view.

18H00 – Gate closes
In order to line-up and progam all cars, and to start the show in time, we need you to arrive before 18h00 the latest.

18H10 – Sunset

19H00 – Tesla Light Show and Drone Light Show
Get ready to witness a spectacle like no other.

The drone show is subject to weather conditions and my be canceled or rescheduled in case of bad weather

19H30 – End of show
Please be aware that Tesla drivers are not allowed to stay in their cars during the show and cannot live the site before 19h30.

19H30 – Start VIP Dinner
Savor a carefully curated selection of gourmet dishes and premium beverages, as our dedicated culinary team delights your palate with an array of flavors.

21H30 – Closing drink
As the evening winds down, feel free to chat or relax in our drivers village while enjoying some music.

23H00 – End
